Even establishes True Anomaly’s strategic objectives and aligns resources for their execution. Prior to co-founding True Anomaly, Even served as an Air Force officer, leading interdisciplinary teams of space operators, scientists, and engineers to develop and evaluate the performance of military systems and tactics designed to protect U.S. and allied space assets.

Even is the author of six seminal texts that serve as foundational doctrine and training for U.S. military space operations. He was a major contributing author of the U.S. Space Force’s inaugural Spacepower: Doctrine for Space Forces. He has held leadership positions in space system developmental and operational test, training, spacecraft operations, and joint fires. In these roles, he provided key insights into the practices needed to successfully deploy space security satellites and supporting infrastructure.

Even was also a Service Chiefs Fellow at DARPA and a rendezvous and proximity operations intern with NASA’s Johnson Space Center. He graduated with honors from Virginia Military Institute and holds an M.A. from The University of Chicago in Social Sciences.

Kyle leads design, development, and production of True Anomaly mission solutions. Before co-founding True Anomaly, Kyle served as the Orbital Warfare Chief of Training for the U.S. Air Force 26th Space Aggressor Squadron, focusing on complex space warfare exercises. He also previously served as a Maintenance Flight Commander for the Air Force’s 4th Space Operations Squadron, Officer in Charge of Protected SATCOM Operations for the 4th Space Operations Squadron, and as an Air Force Cyberspace Operations Officer.

Prior to his role at True Anomaly, Kyle served as a Guidance Navigation and Controls Engineer for National Defense Space Systems at Ball Aerospace and Technologies from 2017 to 2022. Additionally, he worked as a systems engineer at Lockheed Martin Electronic Systems and Honeywell Aerospace.

He holds an M.S. and a B.S. in Aerospace Engineering & Mechanics from the University of Minnesota.

Christina leads True Anomaly’s go-to-market strategy, including business development, sales, and partnerships. Prior to True Anomaly, Christina spent 14 years building Palantir’s business from only three customers to an extensive and robust public sector and commercial customer base. She was instrumental in building Palantir’s federal government business before pivoting to leading the commercial go-to-market strategy for the company. In 2020, Christina was tasked to build out a partnership ecosystem at Palantir, introducing co-sell, channel partners, and new revenue avenues to scale. She began with a team of 1 and grew to a team of 20 globally in the past three years. She lives in Boulder, Colo., and is deeply passionate about the government customer and mission.

Frank oversees True Anomaly’s strategy for developing space superiority products, anticipating customer needs and building targeted, differentiated solutions at scale. Prior to joining the True Anomaly leadership team, Frank had a remarkable career in public service and the private sector, spanning nearly 30 years. He most recently served as Director of Advanced Concepts, Tactics, and Wargaming at the U.S. Space Force (USSF) Space Security and Defense Program, where he conceived of and executed the first service-level digital Force Design Wargaming methodology for the service.  

Prior to the USSF, Frank was a Senior Principal System Engineer at Integrity Applications, conducted orbital debris research and regularly chaired sessions at multiple International Astronautical Congress, and served as a space technology subject matter expert for various Air Force wargames. He also held engineering and research positions as a contractor at the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) and served as an NRO Technology Fellow in 2004 with the task of examining threats to the national security space architecture at the CIA.  

Frank is highly decorated within the space industry, receiving recognition for his work at the USSF, being awarded the Air Force Meritorious Civilian Service Award,  and leading teams that were awarded the U.S. Air Force Analytic Innovation of the Year Award and the Office of Secretary of Defense Group Achievement Award in 2020.  Additionally, he was named a Schriever Wargame Top Contributor in 2014 and 2015.  

Frank holds a bachelor of science in Aerospace Engineer Sciences from the University of Colorado at Boulder and a master of science in Management Science and Engineering (Operations Research) from Stanford University.

Mark’s responsibilities span strategy, finance, accounting, corporate development, business operations, fundraising, capital allocation, and investor relations. Prior to joining True Anomaly, Mark served as Vice President of Finance & Strategy at Relativity Space, where he held similar responsibilities and helped scale the business from 200 to 1,000+ employees and raise over $1.1B in equity capital. Before Relativity, Mark led finance and accounting at a venture-backed startup in the Los Angeles area.

Prior to working with technology startups, Mark spent over 7 years with Goldman Sachs, most recently serving as a Vice President in the Investment Banking Division and the Business Unit Manager for the firm’s West Region.

Mark has advised on more than $40B of transactions spanning M&A, financing, and activism defense in both the public and private markets. He is a CFA Charterholder and holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Southern Methodist University.

Matthew directs an innovative, responsive, and integrated legal department. Before joining True Anomaly, he was Associate General Counsel for Operations at Lockheed Martin Space, where he advised on a broad range of regulatory compliance issues, risk assessment and mitigation, crisis response, environmental and workplace safety and health, whistleblower complaints, pandemic law, privacy law, space law and policy, government contracts, and B2B agreements.  

Earlier in his career, Matthew was in private practice with two national law firms and in government practice with the U.S. Department of Labor, where he prosecuted workplace safety and health violations. He began his legal career as an appellate law clerk for Chief Justice Mary Mullarkey of the Colorado Supreme Court from 2006-2007.   

Matthew has been recognized as a rising star by Colorado Super Lawyers, he received the U.S. Department of Labor Secretary's Exceptional Achievement Award for work related to a major mining disaster, and he was the inaugural chair of the Colorado Lawyer's Committee Young Lawyers Division, a nonpartisan consortium dedicated to increasing opportunities for children, the poor, and other disadvantaged communities. He received Lockheed Martin Space awards for Exceptional Service in 2022 and Teamwork in 2021, and a Lockheed Martin Corporate NOVA award for Teamwork on the COVID-19 Task Force in 2021.  

Matthew holds a JD from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law and a BA in Philosophy from the University of Colorado at Boulder.

Cassandra joins True Anomaly following her impactful tenure as Chief People Officer at Mythical Games, where she led the company through a period of rapid growth, scaling the workforce from 120 to 450 employees and spearheading the expansion into six new international locations. Prior to Mythical Games, Cassandra served as Director of People Experience at Electronic Arts (EA) and spent nearly 13 years as the Global Head of HR for Industrial Light & Magic (ILM) and Skywalker Sound, guiding the organizations through significant scaling and innovation, culminating in their acquisition by Disney for $4 billion.

Steve is responsible for scaling True Anomaly’s product portfolio and business strategy, with a focus on enabling the readiness and mission effectiveness of space forces, both on-orbit and across the globe.

Previously, Steve held multiple leadership roles at Microsoft.  Most recently, he was the Senior Director of Strategic Ventures, focused on AI for Science and Quantum Computing.  Prior, he was Senior Director of Azure Spaceserving as a leader of Microsoft’s efforts to support the mission needs of the space sector through cloud-enabled technologies. Steve’s efforts spanned product development with the engineering team, to growth and strategy with partners and customers. 

Before transitioning to the private sector, Steve was a member of the Senior Executive Service as the Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defense (DASD) for Space Policy and prior to that he was a Professional Staff Member on the House Armed Services Committee. In these positions at the Pentagon and on Capitol Hill, he had a key leadership role in the establishment of the U.S. Space Force. In 2020, Steve was awarded the Department of Defense Medal for Distinguished Public Service by the Secretary of Defense, which is the highest award given to non-career federal employees. Steve is also an active-duty military veteran and his earlier career included time as a program management engineer and an intelligence professional to include space systems development at the National Reconnaissance Office.

Steve is dedicated to the advancement of the space community and the next generation workforce and currently serves on the board of advisors of the Space Force Association and the National Security Space Association, and he is an adjunct Assistant Professor at Georgetown University.
